Benefits Administration Services
“FRS-Dollins & Company stands behind its claim of delivering superior client service and benefits administration, not only at plan initiation and renewal, but throughout the entire client relationship. Our dynamic benefit administrators engage our clients and their employees on a host of different levels.”
Michael Dollins, RHU
In our eyes, the role of the “Insurance Agent” has evolved into that of the “Benefits Administration Adviser” whose responsibilities include: market analysis, forecasting, consulting, and strategically approaching client service.
FRS-Dollins & Company also believes that our client’s employees should have full access to our resources, like our Employee Advocacy Program, for assistance with personal issues. The goal is simple: alleviate the burden of non-revenue generating activity, such as plan administration, so our clients can focus on growing their business to its full potential.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Benefit Consulting
- Carrier Selection & Management
- Benefit Plan Administration
- Employee Advocacy & Communication
- Document Review
Health Insurance Options for Employers
As an employer, there are a number of options to choose from when picking a plan for employees.
- Self-Insured Plan
This plan is usually undertaken by large companies who are willing to set aside funds to pay the cost of health care claims submitted by employees, and is typically administered by a third party. - Managed Care Plans
These are the HMO, POS and PPO plans most people are familiar with. These plans are offered through health insurers that contract with medical providers and facilities, and provide services at a reduced cost. - Consumer Driven Health Plans
These plans are the latest alternative to managed care plans. They allow members to use a health care account such as an HSA or HRA to pay for medical services they use, while a high deductible health plan covers members for any catastrophic events.
